MURDER ON THE EXPRESS FAQ

Murder on the Express is great for small groups! While there’s enough to do for everyone, this space is narrow—you know—like a train! Smaller groups tend to work better in this particular room.

Murder on the Express is perfect for escape enthusiasts! This is a hard room and there’s lots to do! Additionally, at the end you have to use all of your wits to actually solve a murder! If you have a 1-2 escape rooms under your belt, you’re sure to do just fine, but it is a tough one for first-time players. Still, we offer unlimited hints! As long as you use them and understand the challenge, first-time players will have a great time!

Yes! But… This is a narrow room, the more players you have, the harder it will become. We generally recommend Into the Future or Amnesia for wheelchair users. But if the theme speaks to you, we would recommend you tour the facility before your escape. If you want to schedule a quick tour of the facility, please email us and we would be happy to set that up!

Murder on the Express is the hardest room that we offer! Not only do you have to find all of the clues and solve the puzzles, but you have to solve the murder to complete the room! It’s a tough one, but if you use your hints and keep moving, first-time players can absolutely complete this one!

Murder on the Express is not a scary room. The story and game does involve a murder, and there is explicit discussion of planning murder, murder weapons, etc. but it is not presented in a gory or horrific way. There is no body, no blood, nothing like that.

If the theme speaks to you, we recommend you book it! You’re going to have more fun if you you think the theme is fun—trust us. Just be sure to ask for more hints—our Game Masters are standing by and ready to give you one!
