When a top-secret mission goes awry in downtown Vancouver, WA., one thing becomes clear: there is a mole in our midst. Now it is up to you and your fellow investigators to make contact with the hidden agents embedded in the area to find out who sabotaged the mission. Do you have what it takes to solve the puzzles, make contact with the agents, and find the mole?

On Saturday, August 22nd, the game begins at 10am at the downtown Vancouver location of Loyal Legion. You have only four hours to complete all of the puzzles, make contact with the Agents, and figure out which one is the Mole. It seems like a lot of time, but remember, this game spans about 0.3 miles of Main St.—you’re going to have to move!

The game is priced “per Team,” but the number of players on your team? That’s up to you! We recommend 2-4, but you would like to go higher, you certainly can. If you want to ensure that everyone has something to do, we would recommend splitting into two separate teams if you have more than 5 players.

To figure out the mole, you’ll have to contact the embedded Agents in the area. Where are the agents and what do you do when you find them? You’ll have to figure that out—it is a puzzle game, after all! Agents could be anywhere, including inside some select participating local businesses. If you ever get stuck, you can always text HQ for a hint. Don’t fret, you have unlimited hints—we want you to have fun!

Once you have all of the clues from the Agents in the field, it’s time to make your final accusation. But even if you don’t finish the game in time, this is sure to be an awesome event for you, your friends and/or family…

Puzzle Hunts are incredibly fun puzzle events that involve walking and finding clues outside. If you never played before, they tend to be a little more difficult than the average escape room, but don’t worry, our puzzle hunts are still beginner friendly (and you get unlimited hints!).

And as a live event, the pressure is on—you only get 4 hours before the game ends!

Expect to walk a little less than a mile. Some of the feedback we received from the first run of the game was: there’s too much walking! So, we have reduced the play area to about 0.3 miles of Main St., but you will have to backtrack. That stated, not necessarily everyone has to walk on your team. Someone will need to walk to collect certain clues and to contact agents, but the majority of the game can be completed sitting at a table.

You are welcome to drive if you wish, that’s it’s entirely up to you!

Depends! If you are used to puzzle-hunts such as the DASH series, this will prove easier than your standard fair. If your puzzling experience is that you have played an escape room or two, this experience is definitely for you! One thing that may prove difficult is that it is longer than an average escape: keep hydrated and keep your spirits up and you’re sure to finish!

If you have never played an escape room and are unfamiliar with puzzle hunts or puzzle games, this experience may prove more challenging to you. That said, as long as you are willing to use your hints (and your patience) you will be just fine!
