When your time travel plans take a turn for the worse, you and your crew are stranded in the neon-soaked metropolis 100 years in the future! You find yourself at the local android hangout, The Synth, and this place has it all: cables and curious concoctions, pulsing synthwave music, lights and techno-gear everywhere, and lucky for you, a spare—albeit illegal—time machine. Can you figure out these futuristic puzzles and cryptic clues before you’re stuck in the future… forever?

INTO THE FUTURE FAQ

Into the Future is great for escape enthusiasts or groups of 4+ players! If you have played a room or two, you will feel right at home in the future! This room is traditionally one of the harder rooms we offer—but if you’re up for the challenge (and willing to use your unlimited hints) first-timers can absolutely escape this room!

Groups that enjoy a 80s retro-futuristic aesthetic! If you enjoy a late-80s retrowave vision of the future, this is definitely the room for you!

Into the Future is fully wheelchair accessible! Most manipulatable clues and puzzles are 5 foot or under. There is a smaller room that, while still maintains 36″ clearance, will be difficult for multiple players to navigate. Please contact us if you have any questions or if you would like to schedule a tour before your visit!

Into the Future is a medium-hard room! This means that most groups who play, do not fully complete the room. That said, the room is a lot of fun and we offer unlimited hints! If you really want to get out of the room in time, just be sure to utilize your Game Master—they are there to help!

We recommend 3+ players for this room due to difficulty. That stated, if you are up for a serious challenge (or don’t mind it when you don’t “escape”), two players can absolutely complete and/or have a blast in this room!

Into the Future is not a scary room. The room is dark, but besides that, there are no scary elements, no jump scares—and as always—you are never locked in the room! If you would like us to illuminate the room more, please let us know and we would be happy to oblige!

Into the Future is the companion game to Out of the Past! They were designed to mirror each other: every puzzle mirrors a similar (but not the same) puzzle in the Out of the Past room. This was done so that Dueling Games could play a similar, but distinct, room from each other.
